Party Policies

Reserving a Party
You may request a party date via email (info(at)petitdelights(dot)com). It is advised to book your date as early as possible to ensure availability and receipt of any items that must be ordered.  You will be notified ASAP regarding the availability of your party date.  Once your deposit is received, your date is reserved.

Party Locations
Our party services come to you! Petit Delights’ collections were specifically designed to be easily transported, set up, and removed. You may choose to host your event in your home, back yard, park (weather permitting), club house, or community center. If you are securing a location outside your home, please check with us to see if the accommodations will work.

Weather Clause: Petit Delights is not liable for cancellation fees incurred due to weather conditions. If your event location is outdoors it is subject to cancellation based on third party vendors’ weather policies.

Deposit
A retainer of 50% is required to book your party. We accept payment through check or cash.  Parties are booked on a first come first serve basis. Please keep in mind we do not begin preparations on your party or order goods until we receive your deposit. If Petit Delights does not receive the deposit by the due date, rush fees on shipments will be the client’s responsibility.

The balance is due 15 days prior to the event dateIf final payment is not received by the due date, 10% of the grand total amount due will be added to that total.

Cancellations and Refunds
Because of the nature of our business, the preparations and ordering of merchandise that are involved the RETAINER IS NON-REFUNDABLE if you cancel your event.

If you have a need to re-schedule your event, you will lose 25% of the retainer fee. We will make every effort to re-schedule your party based on our availability within the following month but no refunds will be issued if a date is not available.

Party Preparation
On the day of the event we will arrive up to 3 hours ahead of the party start time.  A $200 security deposit is required for all parties. This $200 check is not cashed and is held until all Petit Delights items (i.e. glassware/serve ware) are returned in same condition.

Party Space Requirements

We ask that your party space be cleared and ready to decorate upon our arrival. We will need a dining space/table as well as a table for other party activities (sign-in, favors, prizes). Please advise if rental pieces are necessary.

Liability

Petit Delights assumes no responsibility or liability for accidents or damages that take place at your party. In the event of damage or loss of our inventory or to that of the party’s location, the financial responsibility lies entirely on the client. Petit Delights is not responsible for allergic reactions or any other medical conditions resulting from our menu. In any case, the responsibility lies entirely with the client.
